The following list of equipment available for use is included in the venue hire:

- 2x 25ltr twin basket fryer
- 1x Falcon Grill
- Blast Chiller (20x 1/165mm Gastro)
- 2x Walk-in Fridge (approx 2x2x2.5m)
- 3.8m Hot Pass
- 3x Food Preparation Sinks
- Approx 9m food preparation area
- Winterhalter Conveyor Dishwasher
The use if our equipment is by pre-arrangement only. All equipment to be operated by fully trained staff only. Winterhalter dishwasher to be thoroughly cleaned after use (deposit required)
A Kitchen Porter will be included in the price for the Venue hire, the allocated Kitchen Porter will be present in the Kitchen at all times.
Your caterer will supply all of the Kitchen and waiting staff, with the exception of a Kitchen porter which will be provided by the Venue.
Please note: All kitchen areas, washing up and “back of house” areas are to be left clean at the end of the function. To ensure this a refundable deposit of £500.00 will be required at the time of the booking. The Duty manager will inspect the areas and if they are in a satisfactory condition, your deposit will be refunded. A check in and out system is in operation to note any damage upon arrival and at departure of the venue.
