Equipment

Decoration:

 

 


Any fabrics decorations (star cloths, back drops, fairy lights etc) that are brought in to the venue must be certified fire retardant and electrical equiptment must be Portable Appliance Tested by a qualified electrician. Decorations will be inspected prior to the event to ensure that they comply with the fire regulations. All decorations and special effects will be at the disgression of the management.

 

 

No fixings can be used that will damage the décor of the venue which includes items such as blue tac, cellotape or any other adhesive products.  However, white tac can be used in moderation.

 

All decoration times will be included in the booking time allocated; any additional time required will be charged at £100.00 per hour.

 

Entertainment:

 

 


You are able to bring in your own entertainment for the wedding. Any electrical equipment that is brought in to the venue must be Portable Appliance Tested by a qualified electrician.  All Certificates must be provided to the General Manager prior to the event.

 

 

 Terms and Conditions for outside caterers/suppliers:

 

For all suppliers entering the venue will be required to supply the following:

 

  • Risk Assessment
  • Methodology Statement, where required
  • Public liability insurance, with indemnity insurance for the minimum of £5,000,000.00, including equipment damage.
