On Monday afternoon excitement was mounting as the evening drew near and the anticipation turned into reality as the renowned American fitness & wellbeing expert, Jessie Pavelka, opened his 2017 Tour here at H G Wells.

After a quick, healthy meal rustled up by our chef, Jessie broadcast a live feed on Facebook from our Elphinstone Room prior to starting his show. He explained to his many loyal fans how he was kicking off his 2017 Tour here at H G Wells with a seminar style show communicating his fitness philosophy, the Pavelka Way.

Guests arrived early and some enjoyed a drink in our bar before they filled their seats in our Wells Room and soaked up the buzz in the atmosphere as they awaiting Jessie’s arrival. He received a tremendous welcome as he made his way through the Wells and down to the stage.

During the evening, Jessie engaged with everyone in his audience at H G Wells through personal stories and inspired each person to eat right and exercise but most importantly to motivate them to identify the reasons why they want to lose weight and get fit.

Jessie’s message was simple, he understands that everyone has something they are looking to overcome. Sometimes these things can seem bigger than them. His philosophy, the Pavelka Way, is based around taking consistent action using “The Four Elements of Health” being Movement, Food, Mindpower and Family. Using these four elements can help you create sustainable change and develop the lifestyle you desire.

As the evening concluded VIP guests, who were lucky enough to have front row seating, were invited into our Griffin Bar for a personal Meet & Greet with Jessie including gifts and goodies from Pavelka House.

A highly successful and enjoyable evening was had by all and I think it is safe to say Jessie Pavelka left all at H G Wells inspired in more ways than one!
