An impressive, purpose-built space right in the heart of Woking, H.G. Wells Conference & Events Centre has everything you need to give your product launches real impact. We offer two contemporary spaces that can comfortably accommodate anywhere between 200 and 600 guests, with impressive theatre-style seating arrangements, refreshment areas and networking spaces.

With large and extensive in-house AV provision, integral PA Systems and lighting, in-house catering, on-site security and over 25 years' experience managing PR events; H.G. Wells Conference & Events Centre is the obvious choice for a product launch in Surrey.

Organising the perfect product launch
Our professional events team will work with you at every stage to ensure the success of your event. You will be assigned a dedicated Event Manager and Assistant Event Manager who will personally see to every possible detail of your product launch. From lighting to catering, guest registration to decoration, they will look after everything and will be available to confer with at all times.

Wells Room
The Wells Room is ideal for larger events, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate an audience of up to 600. The room can be themed and branded to your requirements, and comes with full lighting rig; special effects; full AV provision including wall screens and on-stage screens; and integral PA System.

Kemp Room
The Kemp Room is an elegant, contemporary space ideal for audiences of up to 200 people seated theatre-style. As with the Wells Room, the Kemp Room has PA, AV and lighting, and can be themed or branded as you wish.

Both rooms have bars, however the Griffin Room can also be used for drinks receptions, or serving refreshments, canapés or finger buffets.
