The HG Wells Conference & Events Centre, Woking Borough Council’s excellent conference, meeting and exhibition facility is the venue for Woking Means Business 2016 for the 13th year running.

Ideally situated in the centre of Woking adjacent to a number of large car parks, the venue offers high quality exhibition space, along with additional rooms to accommodate the seminars and the free business clinics that run throughout the day.

The venue offers a high ceiling, an adequate power supply for a large event, wifi, av facilities, good access for exhibitors and a large loading bay direct into the hall for contractors and any larger exhibits.

The venue also has a large bar which serves alcohol, tea, coffee and biscuits, which for the Woking Means Business exhibition will operate in the smaller Griffin Room, a room which tends to become a meeting point during the day, where visitors and exhibitors can sit, talk and relax and visit some of the additional smaller stands in this particular room.

HG Wells Conference & Events Centre have also been exhibiting at the exhibition since it started and use the event to meet with local business owners, managers and directors, 600-700 of which visit the show each hear.

‘We are delighted with the facilities provided and with the service we receive from the HG Wells team. They understand the project and the challenges that sometimes occur and are always ready to help.
