Use of your personal data

Personal data you provide in this form will be collected by Woking Borough Council, which owns and runs the HG Wells Conference and Events Centre. We will use it to respond to your enquiry, and if you make a booking, to process that booking. We will hold this information for no longer than 18 months after you last contact us.

If you tick the box, you will be added to our mailing list, and you will receive updates including our quarterly newsletter and e-shots with special offers and announcements. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ on our emails to you and until this time we will hold your name and email address.

Unless the law allows us to do so, we will not use it for any other purposes nor will we share it with any other organisations.

You can ask us to access, rectify or erase the personal data we have about you by contacting us.
