The reception is the hub for the H.G.Wells Conference & Events Centre. As the arrival point for all clients there are plasma screens to assist all delegates and a registration desk for name badges.
Within our bright and welcoming reception there are two plasma screens to assist in directing people to the correct rooms, as well as signage with room directions. An additional desk with a cloakroom which can be used for the registration of conference delegates.
The reception area is located on the first floor of the building where there is always someone on hand at the reception desk for all queries. Access directly into H.G.Wells Conference & Events Centre is on Church Street East and also via the Victoria Way car park where there is a link bridge from level 4 of the car park as well as lifts that lead to the second floor. We have ensured there is disabled access via the Victoria Way Car Park lifts and link bridge (as there are stairs at the Church Street East entrance).
To promote and advertise your event on-site there are several poster frames and stands around the building.
